Got one 5 years ago and now upgrading it to a newer on. She loves it and uses it to video chat with friends play games some learning games from school and to watch movies on long trips we may take.

Great pad for my son. Ready to use , transferred all his apps. Much faster then his 5th gen. Got it on sale saved some money, but worth the full price. Get a case.

as an avid user of apple products, this is an upgraded item and was faster and more clear than the previous version that was bought.

My college student grandkids love this for ease of use and does what they need it to do for school.

Works very smooth the finger print scanner is great. The performance on this is awesome I have been assassins creed on this for while no issues but the screen is still 60 hz it will be a welcome change if they change it

What i love about it is how thin and sleeknes of it and also my ipad was a open item and it was just like new but at a great price so don’t be scared of open items from best buy

This was a Christmas gift, and so far everything is working fantastically. We had some issues with our previous IPads (Gen 6), especially playong Minecraft lately, but the new ones have fixed our issues.

Great mid range iPad. Only complaints are it could have the newer gen M4 processor and/or an OLED screen for the price. That said the LED screen is pretty nice despite not being OLED. Sound quality is pretty good. Build quality feels great and I like the flat sides. Battery life doesn't seem quite as good as my Gen 9 iPad was when it was new.

Love the product, nothing can wrong with the iPad. Only thing I would say was slightly off was its 60 hex but hey, I can be wrong as well.

Cant tell the difference between the last model if you rocking the m2 stick with it you really cant tell the differences between the m2 and m3 love the color tho

Love my iPad .. Best Buy needs to improve the purchase experience when you are trading in another product this. Was quite a negative experience conveying to the staff what I wanted to do. Having been in sales and cs service I tried to explain 25 things that would make the experience better. I do quite a bit of shopping there.
