I like the technology of this brand and is really easy to work with it

It’s honestly a wonderful tablet I love the size of the screen it’s plenty big but not too big. Its way fast too which makes it awesome for playing games like Clash Of Clans and I also love watching movies on it.

Easy to purchase online and pick up the same day. The other benefit is getting Apple Care as part of my Total Best Buy membership

The graphics and speed are great. Do not like the elimination of a home button. Also, as others have indicated the OS will not allow turning off the passcode. You can turn off touch ID, but it requires you to set up touch ID first and that requirement requires a passcode. Ugh!

Love this I pad especially with the apple pencil pro. I have always used samsung and now after using this for personal and for work i will never use any other tablet brands.

This is the fourth iPad we have purchased and we have yet to be disappointed in the utility the machine provides. My wife is the primary user of the iPad and she loves the machine. It has replaced the book she always had to read to go to sleep. We have had batteries and one digitizer replaced to extend the life of the tablets. The oldest one is now only marginally functional but she uses it to play games. The machines have advanced technologically through the years. It will take a couple of years to fully assess the dependability of our newest addition but if past performance is any indication, it will do just fine.

This is probably the best iPad I've ever owned. And the staff at the Fairfield Township store were incredibly nice and helped me also reset my old iPad to trade in. Highly recommend!
