I placed my order online and it said it would be delivered by Sunday. My order was delayed and didn’t show up on Sunday. I went into a Best Buy on Sunday and spoke with an employee and they said there was nothing they could do. I went online and it stated that after reporting a delay Best Buy legally was required to offer me a cancellation. I was unable to cancel my order. I reached out to customer support and they said I couldn’t cancel the order or pick up in store and had to “just wait” I needed the iPad for work on Monday but didn’t receive until Tuesday at 7pm. On Monday at 7pm i finally received actual shipping information. Best Buy scams you by providing a shipping code for UPS when the order hasn’t even been accepted by a courier then switches it to your actually shipping code once they receive it days later. They do this so they don’t have to offer a cancellation or return when the item hasnt shipped. One of the worst shipping/customer service experiences I have ever had. I would highly suggest not purchasing online at Best Buy they will lie to you every step of the way.

good product, however I would never use Best Buy Geek Squad. They had our MacBook Air for over 5 weeks and returned it after losing it still broken. We actually had to buy the iPad because Best Buy had the MacBook Air for so long and my Daughter needed something for college. You can't actually talk to a Best By representee that's in store your call is routed to a call center that can't help you.

Battery life isn’t good. Drains from 80 to 10 after an hour of usage

The Apple iPad itself is great, but do not trust the Best Buy trade-in process. I started emailing the trade in team because the day of purchase that I had selected the wrong capacity/color on my trade-in. It took them over two weeks to respond to me and by then the trade-in time had lapsed. I spent close to two hours on the phone with customer service only to be told the only thing I could do was email the trade-in team.I was told that there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t accept my trade-in. Be cautious with Best Buy.

I did not receive one that looked anything like this and Best Buy just ignored my please for customer service.

New ios operating system has problems. The keyboards have problems.

The sy is terrible to navigate around, but the tablet nice and fast

It’s good to know this is what the person who stole my credit card number bought. No ID check by Best Buy. Plus the constant reminder to review this product is insane. Stop sending me emails to reviews it.

The ipad doesn't work, never turn on and had been a problem with the apple store to change it.

I bought this 27 days ago, as of today, and Best Buy has a standard return window of 15 days. Since it is outside the return window, it's out of Best Buy's hands, even though I bought it on August 20th & today is September 16th.

NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO REVIEW THIS PURCHASE. PROMISED DELIVERY ON 7/10. TOOK OFF WORK FOR THIS. PROMISED TO INFORM ME ON THAT DATE ABOUT TIME. NEVER CONTACTED. I CALLED AND AFTER LONG HOLD WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO DELIVERY. NEXT POSSIBLE WOULD BE ON 7/19. CANCELLED PRODOUCT THE NEXT DAY

Hate it Doesn’t work No email Don’t buy from best buy

I didn’t get my iPad, the box came out empty so I have to report it to the support team about this incident.

Did not like it at all. Not comfortable to open returned it.

This was bought with a stolen credit card. You’re complicit

I gabe a 1 star because I almost lost this item and the keyboard, awful service from best buy and fedex, sent a more than 900 package without asking for a signature, beside was deliveries in a wrong address and Best buy only said it was already deliveries contact your lawyer

NEVER PURCHASED ITEM AS SOMEONE STOLE MY INFORMATION! PERSON OR PERSONS WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE AS A “GUEST”, NO ONE VALIDATED THE IDENTITY OF THE PERSON WHO PICKED IT UP CURBSIDE! GOOD JOB BEST BUY!

Apple pencil didn't work very heavy and clumsy and have to press hard to get it to do anything. Nope
