Very nice IPad. It has basically the same features as previous models but this one has 256 GB of memory..it is also very fast and very easy to use. This is my 3 rd iPad over the years that I have purchased from Best Buy.. excellent store to do business with

This ipad is extremely fast. The screen is superb. The battery lasts a couple days of heavy use. Great buy!

I bought this to replace my older iPad Air. Wow, what a difference! Every is smooth, no lagging, beautiful screen, and feels very solid. I also appreciate to overall look. However, I feel that something at this point should have the pen included. Highly recommended though!

iPad, air or pro was the question. I have owned several generations of iPads ever since the second gen was released. Getting used to the new features but it seems to hav blended some of the better features of Windows into the new iOS. Slightly larger physically but seems to be much bigger screen than last iPad. 256GB should be enough.

My previous iPad was years old and began to fall in various ways. I finally made the decision to replace it. I am so glad I did! Instead of holding a charge for 20 minutes, my NEW iPad Air hold a charge for hours! It’s fast, easy to use, and has many more features and capabilities than my “old” one. I’m so glad!

This is my 3rd iPad in 15 years, and they just keep getting better and better. This is not the top of the line, but it flies for what I use it for. It will travel the world and keep me entertained on flights and informed as I travel. Gotta love an iPad.

This is my second iPad and it is fast. The display is super crisp and it is lightweight. The battery life is long for what I use it for. I have had no problems with the device.

The iPad is great. I can technically perform all the things i want to do on it and if there is anything i perhaps might need to do that is not compatible there are always options. The battery lasts loooonnnggg and the quality is always guaranteed on Apple products

Got this ipad, it's great, easy to use, take it anywhere, fast, clear screen, nice to watch movies or shows.

Honestly I was a bit scared about the open box status, I had never bought any device like that, I was expecting scratches or some kind of damage but there was none. Basically a new device with full battery life and with all accessories. It was such a steal. The device works amazing and I’m so happy I was able to get it just in time for college.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of my iPad Air - except one. The display, responsiveness, and the fit and finish are all exceptional. The only area that has been disappointing is the battery life - not so much when in use, but rather when it is not in use. With notifications off, background refresh off, airplane mode on, and in a shut down mode, I am still experiencing battery drain when NOT in use of an average of 3% every 24 hour period. My previous iPad had no battery drain when not in use with the similar settings activated. Perhaps this is normal and perhaps most would simply overlook it. But this iPad is used only when on travel and having an iPad that drains when not is use like this is simply annoying. After several weeks of non use and shut down, I find the battery can be down to approx 50%. I may return it and try another unit - or simply accept it and keep it constantly charged / plugged in.

This is an excellent product. Everything just works with the apple ecosystem without issue. It is very thin and easy to hold. It also is light enough to work with magnetic stands very well (although you need to add the metal ring).

I do wish this model came with Face ID. Other than that, this is a 10 out of 10. Screen quality, camera, speed, all a nice step forward from previous model. I like the position of the FaceTime camera in the center in landscape mode as that is how most of my online video conferences take place. The iPad is an integral part of my home and this model is better in every way from the last one.
