Honestly I was a bit scared about the open box status, I had never bought any device like that, I was expecting scratches or some kind of damage but there was none. Basically a new device with full battery life and with all accessories. It was such a steal. The device works amazing and I’m so happy I was able to get it just in time for college.

I am very happy with the purchase of my ipad air, i havent had an ipad in over 10 years, and having one now has been very useful as a second screen when working or just use it for entertainment wich is more comfortable than using my phone that has a significant smaller screen, my main reason to buy it was to start practicing digital illustration and it has been interesting learning this way of illustrating. Maybe in the future i will try an ipad mini because it seems way more portable but im pretty happy with the 11 inch screen size.

I needed to replace my very old iPad. I actually had two old iPads to trade in for a new one. I wandered around in the Hagerstown, Md, Best Buy store trying to decide. Christina who works in the area came over to help, asking what I was looking for exactly, asking me questions, then she made helpful suggestions, making sure my decisions were what I wanted. Once I was certain, I bought the one I wanted. Christina went one step further & moved all of my information from my old device to my new one. I really appreciated her help with this. I hope your store recognizes what a really great employee that you have & appreciates her. Not many store employees go above & beyond, but Christina did. The size is just right and it is very heldful because its whwre I put my notes at. I am also glad that it comes with this color. This Ipad is definitely better than the older version.

This is my 3rd iPad in 15 years, and they just keep getting better and better. This is not the top of the line, but it flies for what I use it for. It will travel the world and keep me entertained on flights and informed as I travel. Gotta love an iPad.

It’s honestly a wonderful tablet I love the size of the screen it’s plenty big but not too big. Its way fast too which makes it awesome for playing games like Clash Of Clans and I also love watching movies on it.

The Apple iPad Air 11” works great. It does everything I ask of it and the battery holds up fine. I walked in thinking I needed an iPad Pro and was prepared to pay for it. The Apple Rep happened to be at Best Buy on Saturday and suggested the Air instead. We talked for a bit and I purchased the Air model for $400 less. She was right!

I'm not a regular Apple consumer but I've tried other tablets and they didn't really function like I expected. The Apple Air is responsive, lite weight and works extremely well with the magic keyboard.

Hardware is very fast for a tablet. Good for gaming device etc. Great color, display and performance.

Snagged this on sale for some family travel. Fast, powerful, energy efficient. I now use it daily for a variety of tasks from morning to bedtime. My only personal gripe is I’m too accustomed to the 120hz screens from Apple so the 60hz is painfully obvious.

Just what she wanted and needed. Can never go wrong with an Apple IPad. Convenient size and great work tool as well. Love Apple products. Might need to upgrade my own IPad!
