Suprised to learn apps require subscriptions to acquire and use.

The ipad is fine but I had to buy it elsewhere. The Best Buy delivery system is absurd. My delivery was cancelled by the local drive and I was unable to reach anyone at the delivery service and after hours on the phone a Best Buy rep finally told my I'd just have to buy it again and trust they would eventually cancel and refund the original order. No confirmation, no way to ensure it would actually get refunded, completely ridiculous. Also you can get it cheaper elsewhere. I'd give stars if that was an option.

The iPad a16 is a far better deal as this version is overpriced and doesn’t really outperform. You are paying for the “M” chip and Apple AI only.

Product is very good. Sales experience was wretched. We explained to the Sale Rep Named "Bingo" we wanted a cell ready iPad. Unbeknownst to us, he sold us a Wi-Fi only unit. We found out about the switch only when we tried to add the ipad to our cell plan. Returned to Best Buy ( a 240mile round trip) only to be told our only option was to fork over another $300 to get what we wanted. We could not afford the additional $. Would not have bought if the Sales rep had been straight with us.

I don't like the way best buy has you jump through hoops to get a reduction in price by waiting for email coupons then coming back to redeem them

i got it for recording on garageband. its actually worse than my 3GB RAM 2019 ipad. usbc doesnt provide enough power for audio interfaces reliably, would do a TON of research before purchasing if recording in logic or garageband. if you dont youll start spending a lot of extra money just to get it to work like the old version.

The product itself works as expected, but my experience with the price match process was extremely disappointing. I noticed a $100 price drop just a week after purchase and submitted a request using the online price match feature. I only received a partial credit of $17.50 ($18.61 with tax), and the remainder never showed up. I contacted customer service multiple times. Initially, they acknowledged the issue and said it would be resolved in a few days—nothing happened. Weeks later, I was given a case number and told to expect confirmation within 24 hours—again, nothing. When I called back, they claimed there was no record of the case and told me they wouldn't be taking any further action. Because of this experience, I’ll be considering other retailers for future purchases whenever possible.

There was a problem setting it up. Just wouldn’t work. But we went and returned it to the store. ,, we purchased another and your geek guys set it up. Thanks. Good job.

Needs Face ID due to too many apps that require passwords to maintain.
