    good product, however I would never use Best Buy Geek Squad. They had our MacBook Air for over 5 weeks and returned it after losing it still broken. We actually had to buy the iPad because Best Buy had the MacBook Air for so long and my Daughter needed something for college. You can't actually talk to a Best By representee that's in store your call is routed to a call center that can't help you.

    2 stars for apple technology, if i can place a negative stars for customer service i would do my order first was lost then i called to alert Best Buy CS I didn’t receive my order yet didn’t work then i have to call again although im a total member customer meaning I pay a membership fee, never to mention the hassle to get a rep to answer calls go over the story over and over, get to a supervisor with shallw information can not make a decision finally end with nothing my action shows in this review as well as I'll take my business somewhere else where customer service is a priority

    the product is exactly as expected. but the in store experience of this best buy is really awful honestly. for this particular experience i waited for almost 45 minutes waiting for an associate to unlock the case that had the smart folio i needed for the ipad i just purchased. which is insane, why does only one employee have the correct key to unlock a product that im sure sells multiple times a day? in general, this store has just been going down hill for years. takes forever to get someone to help you, all the “demo” units that are out are broken(other than the apple section, because apple would never allow that to happen). if there was a better in person shopping option in town for electronics i would not ever step foot in this store again. just a really bad experience and none of the employees i have intersected with seem to care. chattanooga is a growing city, you’d think that a company as big as best buy would like to have a strong presence but again its a last resort option for me to step in this store. i go in best buy’s in other cities while traveling and they’re beautiful and well stocked and have all the new and exciting electronics out for people to experience and this one is nowhere near that. do better

    I think I will like it once I figure it out. It is just enough different from previous IPad that navigating it has made it difficult. A bit more introduction would have been a tremendous help, especially for one who has limited experience.

    This was an open box item listed as “Excellent.” Was delivered after promised time and I needed to buy elsewhere as it was needed at a specific time. I took the item to BB for return unopened but noticed, as it was being unpacked, the charger and cord was missing. How is that excellent? Not what I’ve seen in the past from Best Buy.

    For the price you would think it would be faster you can tell its not that fast coming from the 6 year old ipad pro.

    Nice, but do NOT use it with Verizon. They are the worst company to active phones or anything with. They will lie to you and hang up on you, even the supervisors. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

    Visited my local Best Buy to purchase a tablet to record volleyball games for Hudl. I know nothing about electronics so told the employee what I needed it for and this is what he recommended and sold me. Found out after that this is the ONLY Apple tablet NOT recommended for HUDL and have had nothing but issues using it for this purpose. $800 wasted so do not purchas for HUDL purposes and further….do NOT rely on employees to recommend products

    The IPad we bought is great. It’s working well. The service we got at BB was very inadequate. The service trying to buy the item was poor. We stood around waiting for long periods of time only to be told to order it on line. When we finally got the item,we bought Apple care to help with the transition and was told to come back 7 hours later. The product is a good product. I will look elsewhere next time.
