Really like my new iPad as it is much faster than my old one

The picture quality is very good, and the device is easy to use. It is also lightweight, which is very important. The one drawback, and it is not insignificant, is that the camera zooms in and out as the subject being videoed moves – – even ever so slightly. This can be very disconcerting to the viewer.

My first iPad. Very responsive and fast with the M3 chip. I'm loving it.

I purchased the iPad Air for my wife and she loves it. It’s the perfect size for her to play Monopoly Go all day long. lol

The product itself works as expected, but my experience with the price match process was extremely disappointing. I noticed a $100 price drop just a week after purchase and submitted a request using the online price match feature. I only received a partial credit of $17.50 ($18.61 with tax), and the remainder never showed up. I contacted customer service multiple times. Initially, they acknowledged the issue and said it would be resolved in a few days—nothing happened. Weeks later, I was given a case number and told to expect confirmation within 24 hours—again, nothing. When I called back, they claimed there was no record of the case and told me they wouldn't be taking any further action. Because of this experience, I’ll be considering other retailers for future purchases whenever possible.

I am impressed with the abilities of this tablet. It does seem that the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like but it is still a great purchase.

What can I say its Apple! The 2 yr Apple Care with Best Buy Tech subscription is great value.

Screen not as big as I thought other than that I love it and I recommend getting the keyboard with it makes it a lot easier to use
