Big change in experience

Maybe I got myself a new device... I will say that the help in shopping at Best Buy was sub-optimal, as they didn’t even have this model on dislplay. I’ve observed this with other devices, like Apple Watch - very disappointing.

Good not great

Face ID does not work as well as on IPhone . Not worth the extra money from the 9.7 IPad . Buy the cheaper one save the money and buy something else . I returned and kept my 9.7 inch IPad Pro
