Apple is always good, but design is not very good.

I can do what I want with it. The screen does show fingerprints and smears which don’t impair my vision, but are annoying. Connectivity with WiFi and Bluetooth are fine.Selective copying of old app data to the new iPad was disappointing though.

I bought this thinking it could be a compact laptop replacement. Although it has a lot of cool features, it does not replace my MacBook. I do regret buying this, but at the same time I love it. But I really miss my MacBook

I love how perfect the size of it is perfect for traveling. Works smoothly, no glitches. I have other iPads and none of them beat this one. It is great on battery life

I was quite disappointed in the service I received. I purchased an Ipad , magic keyboard, ipad pencil and screen saver. I brought my old ipad in to have the information transferred to the new one. The person that helped me was ok but didn’t complete the transfer. My email was not transferred completely and the screen saver was put on all crooked! I tried to call the Geek Squad for help with the email but was given an 800 number for tech support. With tech support, I was cut off twice and on hold for about 1 1/2 hour total. It finally got resolved but I wasn’t a happy customer.

I ended up using my MacBook a lot more. I still love being able to use the pencil though. With the new update I’ll be able to use it as a screen extension. Looking forward to that!

I have had this tablet just over 5 weeks now and find it very frustrating at times trying to use it. I set it up for face recognition, but if I let it sit without use for very long, It requires entering a pass code again. I have tried to delete this feature, but have been unable to. If you forget the pass code, it will only give you so many tries - each time you have to wait longer to retry, and eventually, it will disable the tablet totally. So now I have a very expensive paper weight. If you love that kind of security then go for it, I certainly would not do it again.

To me this iPad was not worth almost $1000. I don’t know where Apple gets their prices from but they are pricing themselves way out of the ballpark for what you get

Item received not as advertised being in excellent condition. I had to return it. Got lucky buying an alternate ipad (same model) for a much lower price.

Miss an on/off. Swiping has to be done several times. Very awkward to get from one app to another. Like the color, visualization. It is nice but just so, so

I’m not too happy that it messed up less then a month of having it. Overall I love it just extremely bummed that I had to ship it out already

It was open box one and i get a wrong charger on the iPad now i need a charger and the money I saved now I will needed for a charger

Bought it but didn't used it that much nothing it's more suitable for people how works while you traveling remotely

I am not impressed with this note book. I will try the Samsung and hopefully it will be user friendly.

It’s a very durable product. It took a long time to get here but when I received it I was happy

I decided to splurge and finally buy a new iPad and wanted it to mimic my phone for the apps since I have a work laptop pc based and didn’t need to get it for access to Microsoft. Well...the rotation features were awful and it kept turning back and forth. Apparently the camera is too sensitive. Spend $1000 on an older one with more storage or buy a laptop.

Sometimes you can get out of an app by hitting the X. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries

I am not at all satisfied with this product or the sales man that sold it to me. I bought the ipad to relpace my surface that died on me. The sales person told me that the ipad was a comparable to the surface and did just about the same thing. After using it for a few weeks I noticed the huge limitations of this product. This is just a phone with a big screen, it is not ment for anyone trying to be productive (unless your an artist). I cant multi-task, the navigation is difficult, i have to told it in my hand the whole time. It just the worst thing ive ever used. I tried to exchnge it for another surface but it past 15 day (by 5 days) and they told me "so sad to bad". Im going to give it to my mom who doesnt use electronics very much so she has a big screen to watch her couple videos on. I will never buy apple and best buy will never get my money again.

Seems to be just a tablet witha keyboard rather than a PC that can be a tablet
