Disappointed

Current cable has a USB outlet so it won’t work. Can’t plug it into my Windows based computer either for the same reason. I’ll be returning it.

Annoying Purple Line

Ur sales associate told me there were five iPads at a different location so I purchased one. Only to find out “it would be ready in an hour” never happened . “You would issue a credit to my account”. But that never happened. A week later I had to go to the store to get the credit.

Price match is fake

They guaranteed me some amount back when I matched the price from Sam's club. But later, they don't remember anything. No chat history, no anything. And I end up paying the whole amount. This will be the last time I will get anything from bestbuy.

Excellent for professionals and home use!

The camera setup is better and now also has a wide lens. Mouse support is going to take this iPad to the next level for productivity. I use mine for business and remote into my desktop when away from the office for heavy lifting. I find it hard to go back to my laptop after using this. I went with the 11' model this year instead of the 12.9 for portability. I can plug into an external monitor if I need a bigger display.
