I purchased an iPad Pro and had to return it because it completely died within 2 weeks. I exchanged it on 9/23 for another one and this one works ....when it wants too. I haven’t had time to return it yet, but I plan on it. Very disappointed.

Not for a Grandma just wanting to stay in touch with grandkids. I should not have let myself be influenced by the salesman. From the old one I brought in he should have known what I needed. Had to return it.

I purchased the iPad Pro and was not impressed at all. I have an iPad that is a couple of years old and noticed no difference between the two. Definitely not enough to justify spending over $800. I returned it.

Ordered it in store then found a better deal returned on the app before it arrived for pick up took over 2 weeks and like 2 hours on the phone to get my return I'll never buy anything they dont have in store again

Overall I love the IPad Pro 2020 with the apple pencil. One of the best decisions I made as a college student. Had no idea best buy changed reward point system to exclude apple and beats products. Sneaky.....

Returned since I managed to factory reset my iPad and it now works. The geek squad told me it was not worth repairing but never suggested deleting everything to factory reset which worked.

Has to be the single best device I bought in recent memory for my wife for Christmas. Happy wife happy life. 4 years later on this iPad not a single complaint

After a year and three months the charging conector stop working and there is no fix for that part , so I have to replace the whole unit.

I needed the iPad with WiFi and told the gentleman. After he ordered online and I received it for my daughters sweet 16 it had no WiFi!

Love it! It works great especially for school. Small and easy to use...if you are looking for something other than a laptop this works great.

Only because of apple my pro quit charging took it to a pro and they informed me its an apple problem

I’ve had this iPad for about 3 years now and it still works great. I used it nearly everyday for work for the first year and a half and now it’s for personal use. But still in great condition. Battery still works really good.

As a nursing student this has been very valuable for me with homework and note taking! Pairing with the keyboard and pencil has changed my homework life drastically!
