    Beautiful screen and rapid response. Relatively easy to migrate from an ios 6 iPad. The facial recognition capability is a positive feature. Geek Squad helped with an old email conversionissue.

    While I thought I was going to miss physically touching the start button on the screen I really didn't. I like the design and the feel of the tablet. I would highly recommend getting a case. I upgraded from an ipad 6 to this and it was a nice upgrade. Pictures are also nicer, more clearer and crisp. I really enjoy using it with my apple pencil.

    I have owned many generations of iPads. With FaceID, it is a game changer as I use a password manager to control my passwords. Using my finger everytime I needed to authenticate with cumbersome. Now it just flies right through without me having the do anything! Oh the the bigger screen without being any larger than the 9.7" old one is a great thing too.

    Product was easy to use and the tech said that I wouldn’t need any help to transfer my data from the old IPad to the new IPad and he was right, it was as simple as holding the old one over the new one and it did most of the work. All I had to do was answer the questions and like magic all the data was moved from one to the other,
