    This item stands up well to airline travel, handling the knocking around and changes in air pressure without cracking the screen, as one of the prior models did. Your staff were also helpful with the purchase. In the past, I had become jaded to computer purchases, as I would routinely get lectured by college-undergraduate student/inter types who talked down to customers with basic questions about performance and service. Thanks.
