Even though it was an open box (it only had a very small scratch on it) it works just like new! Loved that I saved money, which I spent on AirPods so I gave myself a 2 for 1 gift! I'm very pleased and I love the features. Definitely dont be afraid to save yourself money on an open box. Best Buy would not sell you a lemon! Love that Best Buy is great to work with every time I need a new product!

I thought the iPad pro is just better all around, so of course I went with it! As someone who uses and Android phone, the iOS is definitely much different and will take some time to get used to. But otherwise the learning curve, I definitely enjoy my iPad so far and hope to really put it to the good use I bought it for!
