I bought this device for the purpose of using it for college. So far it has not disappointed. I love the ipad and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Thus far it’s all that’s advertised by Apple. Purchase was easy enough. Didn’t have one in store! Had to wait on it to be shipped.

Bought this open box in Amazing condition. Beautiful images and great to play games, watch videos, draw and animate or just goof off. I absolutely love my iPad, I mainly use it for drawing and comics but overall an amazing product

Everything works hyper-well! Everything you could want in a tablet. Why 4 stars? 1) They changed their charging connection to usb c. I had to buy a separate cable. Again. 2) the Smart Cover and Smart Keyboard are not separate like they were with the original iPad Pro. This means if you need to record from the back, mounted, you have to take the cover completely off, no protection for it, OR you hang the keyboard uselessly so that it gets in the way. Everything else is as fantastic as they say.

Bought an ipad as an in between so i dont always have to be on my phone or my laptop. Went with the pro for digital art and its wonderful. Not a whole lot to say, works as flawlessly as any other apple product ive owned. Highly recommend.

The ipad pro 11 inch 2020 model runs great and does everything I need. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

iPad was just as expected. I got an open box which, though not cheaper by much, was still a better deal to me than a new one. The iPad looked new. It takes a little getting used to iOS 13.4 since I haven't owned an iPad since the first mini release, but the iPad is definitely more useable as a laptop replacement, within limits. The Pro could probably be a companion device for most and, for the very few, an actual replacement to a desktop. I am pretty sure that I could have gone with a cheaper model for useability. But overall happy with this pro. The Best Buy website can be tricky at times to order from (I was specifically trying to order an open-box and sifting through the links and descriptions is a bit cumbersome) BUT you can't beat the delivery times. I would definitely order again from Best Buy.

After researching between a Samsung tablet and an Ipad Pro, I decided to get the Apple product (11" 2nd Gen) at a much reduced price. Build quality is excellent, and it's an all around great performer for my needs.

This product is amazing... I definitely recommend it but I wish I would have gotten the bigger one. Something I will say is that it is a packaged deal in total about $1300 for the tablet, magic keyboard, pencil, and screen protector.

I use it mainly as an external monitor with my MacBook Pro. Aside from a few connectivity issues when using it has an external monitor, the device is perfect.

Starts quickly. Switch’s programs quickly. Can run photo programs better than regular iPad

I have never had an interest to own an iPad. Because my kids think I am being too old-school I decided the pressure was too much and I gave in. So far I am enjoying learning how to navigate this new technology piece. It was a great buy.

Love this for doing random sketches, scheduling and watching korean dramas. It runs a lot faster than my previous ipad.

Family member needs to learn how to use it. The screen completely covers the screen which makes a good viewing experience.

The 11 inch iPad pro is a really nice tablet, bit it just wasn't for me. Everything else in my house is Android and the gestures were too different for me. I wish I could have got the hang of the gestures and liked it a bit more because the screen is very comfortable to look at compared to android tablets. This aspect ratio is perfect for reading books and typing papers, browsing facebook, whatever.

I would definitely recommend the latest IPad Pro. A matter of fact I would have purchased the bigger one if I would have known. Great resolution, enough out of the box storage and with IOS 14 features this only enhances it even more.

Love the feel of the iPad, significantly different from the 10.5” I previously owned. Also love how the Apple Pencil works on this new model. Audio output is amazing as well. The fact that this uses usb-c is a major plus. Highly recommend
