It has a weird feeling of being a "cheap device" plus without mentioning the fact that you MUST have a case or it will get the back cameras scratched...

Apple hides a lot of features and does not allow certain functions with different browers.

After calling Apple, twice, they told me to take it back to Best Buy for them to repair. Had to wait a week for appt only to be told within 10 minutes they would mail it to Apple. This is like my 7th or 8th iPad I have purchased from them and I don’t like spending that much money on something that is defective. Someone should of taken it back and gave me a new one. It’s not like I even got to use it. Very disappointed in the service.

The worst support I have ever received

Never got the Ipad and support could care less. They missed their deadline, lied about where the Ipad was, then couldn't tell me what happened and when it would actually arrive. This went on for weeks. I have no idea how this company is in business. I ended up canceling the order. I needed it for business and no one cared. The amount of hours I spend on chat, getting disconnected from chat, calling and NO ONE said I'm sorry. Not once.
