I bought it for my projection TV. It works as well as I need it to.

It's a great device that tries too hard to be both a tablet and a computer/laptop replacement. The main issue is screen size. Remember the netbooks of 10-11 years ago? That's the feeling you get with this device. You WANT to love it because of the concept, but ultimately find yourself going back to your MacBook Air or Pro.

Spent $900 on this iPad for it to be useless!!! I woke up and it had a big black dot that has spread across the whole screen. Didn’t want to lose my pics so bought a Samsung s7. I’m so poised and apple won’t do anything because I didn’t buy apple care?!!! What happen to the 1 year warranty never buying another Apple product again!!!

Bought this for more storage, was very disappointed to learn that no matter how many gb you have, Apple only gives you 5gb on photo storage. Had I known this prior to purchase this wouldn’t have been bought!

I ordered product in store for pickup the following week because there were none in store. On day of pickup I was informed it was not available. Another week goes by with no updates. Checked online and another store shows available. Drive 40 minutes and there are none available even though employee sees it as available. Ended up getting it at a Target in one day. Product itself is great. Service not so much. The employee at second store was very unbothered that I would not get product. Even “joked” that she was crushing dreams...not really funny.

I have tried to contact Best Buy but they will not reach out. The product had damages to it. Scratches on the back, small cracks on the screen and overall obvious usage, highly disappointed but I can’t return.

While I am sure the iPad was fine. I am not Mathew and this iPad was purchased by lowlife thieves, that purchased it with my PayPal account. I can only assume Matthew was one of the thieves. The fact is Best Buy did not do their due diligence and allowed this guy to buy that iPad with my email without logging in to my account. PayPal refunded my money thank goodness but I feel most of the blame is on Best Buy. I would be very careful doing business with Best Buy in the future.

Product is ok. This review is for service. Sales rep let me believe that I was purchasing the last version 3rd generation 2021 model with the updated chip. What I received was the 2nd generation 2020 model. I am not happy with the deception,

Bought as a Christmas gift with the apple care and it already broke! Un believable! Best buy can not accommodate a replacement, I have to wait over 2 weeks and jump through hoops with Apple... The device is not even 2 months old. I'm extremely disappointed.

Stunning display on the 11 inch version Fantastic design and finish Lots of tablet apps So much power

I've been an avid iPad user for years now. My primary use for it is taking notes, reading pdf's, and use as a second display with my Macbook Pro. I absolutely love this iPad! The promotion technology is not something to overlook either, it makes switching from applications so much smoother. After using this iPad for three years almost daily, the battery life is still great! The quality of the iPad Pro models is great!

This would get negative stars simply and solely because I accrued ZERO Best Buy Rewards points simply because I purchased an Apple product! And since I bought TWO iPad Pro's from BB, I guess I can one-star my other review as well!! And this this is a "Best Buy" review board. Give me my due points and I would five-star this immediately.

I’m disappointed with the product. I purchased it four weeks ago and just a few days ago, it stopped working. It won’t charge up and I tried getting it to the Best Buy store although no walk ins are welcomed (understandable). Geek Squad are not taking appointments either. Sucks really bad. What can I do?

Faulty screen out of the box. Right side was considerably dim and showed light trail marks when dragging either my fingers or pencil across the screen.

Loving this IPad Pro 11in (2nd Generation). Great quality around from the build quality, the screen, speakers, and cameras. Performance is top notch, never skips a beat which can be expected from an Apple product. Also bought the Logitech Folio Touch keyboard case which just compliments this tablet and giving it the functionality of a laptop. Save the money on the magic keyboard and get the Logitech for half the money.
