My only criticism has to do with the salesman. He appeared to be nervous. He spoke rapidly and used technical terms. I did not understand much of what he said.

Misleading

This device is incompatible with cellular networks. We spent three months trying to get our carrier to connect to it, only to find that it does not have cellular capabilities. It's not the device's fault. It's the false advertising. A rude GeekSquad member told me that "anyone who can read" could see that it was limited, but nowhere in on the product's page does it say that. No mention of this in the device's Q&A FAQs. The fact that it says "Wifi" in the listing says what it CAN do but in 2024 not having cellular connectivity is a very important piece of information and Best Buy should have been clear on what it CAN'T do.
