    Ordered this product online. It was lost by FedEx and has never been received. So I cannot rate the product. I can, however, rate the process of getting a replacement/refund. That was horrendous experience and will never buy anything from Best Buy in the future.... Still trying to get refunded for the Apple Care Plan that was also purchased for it...

    My iPad had died , and went on going to charge it and it never turned on it was charged for day and half and nothing changed usb cable and nothing . I just recently bought this a year ago in February , now it’s out of warranty .. Best Buy inspected it they couldn’t turn it on , or take it in looks like a defective item.
