Didn't even leave the store with it because it failed to transfer the data from my old Ipad to the new. After wasting two hours of my time, I went to the Apple Store and purchased one that did what it is supposed to do...

Great ipad but the charger stopped working after 1 use

I just love it. I’ve wanted one for years and finally saved up enough to get it. Reaction speed is great, battery life is decent. I’m bad at keeping my screen on idle and it still lasts awhile. I usually keep an eye on it when charging, it’s quick and I don’t like letting it stay on long after it’s on 99/100% Overall, so happy!

I’ve only had this iPad for a month and I can’t get it to charge or turn on

This was a personal purchase and I love it. I had a very old outdated iPad. The processing on this one is much faster, takes great pictures and is capable of handling all my needs from work, school and life. I would recommend this iPad for anyone that needs a light, small, and capable tablet. If I don’t have space for my laptop, I grab my iPad and it’s able to do most of the same things.

Why? Because your delivery people lost my item and they never notified me when I ask them and Best Buy team never checked if I have my iPad so bad everything bad. iPad I don’t know yet

I have yet to receive my order & Best Buy wants a review. I was told "we have just about every iPad in stock". Turns out to be unavailable but still hope so keep waiting

Brand new n already having small prombles with it like freezing n not able to move anything had to YouTube a video how to unfreeze it n do a hard restart

Sales rep was great. I tried to add Apple care which is not in the settings. Apple’s customer service is sucks.

My iPad only worked for about a week then the touch screen stop working. I am very disappointed because now I am in the Bahamas with a iPad that doesn’t respond to the touch

This was sold as the “Latest Model” but I received an older model. Now have to deal with the return and exchange.

Best tablet ever! Great size, it’s very fast and the display is amazing even if it’s LED compared to the new OLED. Overall just a great experience, I use it everyday for hours on end.

For some reason it stopped charging and didn’t hold a charge long. So I recycled it.

still buggy apps with gmail, safari file transfers and more. really cool features too but I'll stick to my airbook
