It’s good, just not all I expected since it’s a Pro. It’s fast, but the resolution isn’t as crisp as I would’ve expected. Battery life not great.

Best Buy has been great through the buying process. I have been so in decisive on which iPad I’ve wanted and they have been 100% supportive and no questions asked all the way through it all. This is why I will always shop Best Buy!

Love being able to sync to icloud so my iPhone and MacBook are all connected to the iPad and any changes are reflected across all three. Being able to use the iPad as a second screen when im on my MacBook is an awesome feature.

Purchased February 2023, this iPad worked very well until the charging port failed and I could no longer use the iPad. I took it back to Best Buy in November 2024 to get it fixed. I was told by the Geek Squad that it would cost over $600.00 to repair since it was out of warranty! Unfortunately the Geek Squad was not very helpful that day. I’m very sad to say that, because I use the iPad so often, I ended up purchasing a new one (I was concerned that once the charge ran out I would loose all my data). I thought I was buying a quality iPad that would last for years and felt that an extended warranty was not necessary - my mistake. So overall the iPad is a good product, just be super careful with the charging port and be sure you put the extra money down to purchase the warranty… it might save you from buying a replacement.

Excellent tablet. Incredibly speedy silicon chip. Handles all the tasks I throw at it, including high definition video editing, etc. I use this tablet for work and for editing drone footage shot @ 4K resolution.

Really enjoy this. I like the new feature with the apple pencil where it shows you a preview before it touches the screen. Only regret is not buying the cellular model. Would have liked this for taking calls and facetime.

Its an Ipad pro. Too expensive, but works well. My wife loves it for her art stuff, can't stand the apple ecosystem but it functions just fine.
