Got open box new and it came perfectly (included a screen protector) not sure why it was returned but i’ve been loving it!

Very capable tablet . Can edit video photos run multiple tasks . Great portability battery life not the best

It’s just another apple product. It’s fast reliable and battery life has decreased since iOS 17. Hopefully they will fix that.

Sturdy and very nice looking. Sometimes I do feel that it’s pretty slow though, but that may be the connection..

Easy zoom of text in Word makes editing on a small screen doable. Anker hub, Keychron Bluetooth keyboard and mouse make this an ideal setup for me. Keyboards on ultrabooks don't cut it, given the easy slippage between small keys.

Great tablet but does get hot when on FaceTime or doing certain tasks which is odd because of how powerful this thing is.

This puppy is amazing for artist, the response on the apple pencil and the pressure sensitivity works amazingly. If you are an artist this is the ipad for you as it can handle everything you can possible throw at it

Perfect for on the go and meetings. If already own apple products great addition to the ecosystem especially when you larger screen but not needing laptop

Ipad works great. everyone at Bestbuy was super helpful. This was not the one I thought I wanted when we walked into the store, but I'm glad they helpped us switch to it.

The only way I could get my five year old grandsons to leave my iPad alone was to get one for them to share. Everyone is happy!

[Employee of bestbuy] I really love this device becasue it can do a multitue of things. It allows you to keep tabs of nearly everything you own while allowing you to do other things like play games, draw, or watch movies.

Great tablet but price is still really high even tho the new models are coming out in the next couple moths

I got this to help my daughter with her school apps since her tablet is out of memory . I also use it for work . I really do love it . Just be aware the normal iPhone earphones don't work for this as the USB is different

I believe this is my sixth iPad. I don’t know if I could function without my iPad. I use it for just about everything. They just seem to keep getting better with every new model. If you don’t have one, why not!!!!

It costs a lot and is worth every penny. It replaced a pc and after a little getting used to the apple os I love it.

Overall great shopping experience at Best Buy! My older iPad gave up the ghost. In about an hour I was walking out with new iPad. The associates helped me use a few gift cards and opened up a credit account in no time flat. Thanks BB
