Decent quality, too small for what I needed. The difference (feel) between this and the next size up is significant.

I think we all know by now the uses of the ipad, traditionally. This one is a bit different. First time i have felt the ability to get rid of my laptop. Partly because of internet infrastructure and partly apple pushing the industry. Great product all around.

Really bad experience. I got this iPad and it was supposed to be brand new, but the box was clearly opened and the iPad used so I ordered a replacement. Guess what? The second iPad was also refurbished which means, I got a "brand new iPad" for $600 and two times I got a used iPad.

I had to return it due to a malfunction. It stopped working suddenly and never recovered even after several attempts.

Its essentially the M1 iPad, id recommend whichever is cheaper at the time because you will not notice any difference

CAUTION THIS LISTING IS MISLEADING. This device is incompatible with cellular networks. We spent three months trying to get our carrier to connect to it, only to find that it does not have cellular capabilities. It's not the device's fault. It's the false advertising. A rude GeekSquad member told me that "anyone who can read" could see that it was limited, but nowhere in on the product's page does it say that. No mention of this in the device's Q&A FAQs. The fact that it says "Wifi" in the listing says what it CAN do but in 2024 not having cellular connectivity is a very important piece of information and Best Buy should have been clear on what it CAN'T do.

This replaces my dated basic iPad.it is exactly what I wanted.I wanted facial recognition on this one so had to go to pro model.I use my iPad every day.very happy with this model and hope it will last a long time

Sadly, my iPad needed to be replaced due to a line appearing down the middle after only having it for two months.

Not satisfied with customer service. Tbey could improve on more stuff.

great product. But I have windows pc. Impossible to work with. If you have a mac, just go for it.

The product is great but I had to order it three times in order to finally get it.

Bought it for my husband who had the 12.9” pro from couple years back. He didn’t mind the smaller screen size, said not worth couple hundred more for 12.9” and he doesn’t need more memory.

Doesn’t display safari like a desktop site not worth the $ go for a MacBook instead
