Bought it refurbished- it was the floor model. Ended up having a hardware failure this spring 2025 that the Apple Store “has never seen before” and they replaced it under AppleCare. Other than that it was good until it stopped working!

With having a full time job, being a photographer as well as being in school for Massage Therapy; my iPad has came in hand multiple times. From editing photos, to taking notes and even designing new things for my job. I high recommend this for everyone.

Wife loves it as her Christmas gift. She’s able to read books and it fits into her apple eco system. Everything syncs together and has a great battery life. iPad runs smoothly and has a great battery life.

It works great for what I do great for streaming and playing games at night in bed refresh rate is great and very easy on the eyes. Personally, I do prefer the 11 inch over the 12.9 inch just think the size fits better in my hand.

Awesome iPad and works perfectly for my wife as a pre med student. She loves taking color coded handwritten notes and now she just has to carry one iPad instead of 6-8 separate heavy notebooks!

Very satisfied with this product, was an upgrade from iPad 9th generation. Exceeded all expectations.

No regrets buying this product. Yes it's Apple and yes it probably costs more than it should - but it's an amazingly designed product and the satisfaction you get from owning it still makes it worthwhile.

Excellent ipad. I purchased this for my parents so they can do video appointment with their doctors instead using their small phones. Quality of the image is great with fast processor.

Apple keeps upping their game with these new updates. I know we all want a new design and features that blow the older iPads out of the water but I believe that the iPads are in a place especially with the addition of the M2 processor where they are the best possible product in this category right now

This iPad is wonderful! It handles everything that I throw at it and is the absolute perfect size. From organizing my life to just sitting back and reading books it’s great for pretty much everything!

I love my new iPad! All of my Apple products have always been great additions to my workday but this one was a game-changer. Highly recommend for anyone who wants the reliability of their laptop with more flexibility of size and function.

This is my first iPad and I love it. I use one at work that is a different model and generation and this one blows it away. The battery life is great. The speakers are amazing. The screen resolution is great. I have no complaints at all. Still figuring out all the tips and tricks.

To be fair this is the 1st Ipad I ever owned. So in my opinion it’s Ipad. I have no problems with it. I love how its convertible in fits nice in my bag.

I got this on sale via gift cards. Specifically for the new gen cpu it’s great battery last for more than full day of browsing for me. I can’t justify the 12 pro though. Love the color on screen too

I was pleasant surprised that it was as big as it is. I am glad I chose to do with this size. It is great to use wirh the apple pencel and use it for planning, notes and recipes! I love it!

IPad colors looks great, speakers are suprisingly good (great for watching movies). Havent had the chance to play with the Photo Editing capability but that is another great use for this iPad, especially if your camera has a viewfinder app. The size is small enough to throw in your backpack.
