    The initial iPad Pro 11 I bought had an issue relating to the screen. The lady who was putting the paper-like screen protector on my iPad noticed this, and I noticed it as well. But I appreciated her honesty at the end a lot, and she informed me too. Many people are not honest in such cases, and seeing this type of attitude from her gave me far more reason to come and buy it from the came Best Buy.

    Such a great experience buying an open box model. Would Definitely recommend! The product was in Mint condition, battery capacity was full, my girlfriend was happy, and I saved a bit of money. Everyone wins!

    Decided to upgrade from the Air. The Air was pretty nice but 2 main features of the Pro is what drove me to get the Pro: 1) Higher refresh rate. Since my phone is a 13 Pro Max, I was used to the high refresh rate which smooths out your screen and makes it clearer while scrolling. I just couldn’t go back after having it. 2) Infrared camera. My fingerprints never seem to work for very long on any type of device. Having the IR camera is very convenient for unlocking the device and logging into various apps.
