    Everything is great about this iPad. My only wish was that it was a bit lighter in weight. It's a bit on the heavy side.

    We purchased this particular model, and we had small issues with it as it came brand new, then we had to go to a Best Buy Store, and the problem was quickly resolved at the Mira Mesa Best Buy office by a guy named Arthur, and replaced with a new one. Now all things are as they should be, in perfect order Many thanks, J

    The device is flawless. But I would avoid buying through best buy. They don’t let any employee help with the apple products I was waiting around for about 20 minutes until I could finally just get the iPad and leave.
