    I appreciate the speakers most of all! I upgraded from an iPad Pro (original and still worked). Not many differences in look other than camera upgrade. Internally the screen sensitivity, apple pencil hover, and processing speed.

    Had to purchase online after being told it was in store. Box arrived and upon opening there was no cord or power adapter. Called customer service and was refunded some. Just a hassle.

    I bought this iPad Pro for my grandson who is goin into college. He wasnt happy with it because battery did not last him long. I wanted to return this expensive item, but BestBuy has changed their return window and made the terms shorter. I AM NOT HAPPY with BestBuy.
