    I upgraded to the 11 inch iPad Pro from on old iPad whose operating system was no longer supported. Very glad I did! The screen is better than I expected because the picture goes all the way to the edges.

    Excellent product. Personally love the smaller 11" iPad. It's the right size for me. It's not a laptop and if I need more horsepower or a bigger scree I'll use a laptop.

    The ipad arrived and I was shocked to find that it hadn't been wiped. It was still connected to the previous owner and therefore unusable. To make things so much worse, while going into the settings and trying to find out if I could factory reset the device myself, I discovered the ipad belonged to a minor and their information was totally accessible. How the heck did this make it past geeksquad??? I've initiated a return for full refund and I'll be contacting the store it was shipped from. What the heck, Best Buy?
