Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the iPad but my experience buying it from Best Buy was not a good one.. mad me order it I store just to find out they only had one silver iPad left.. then referred me to the Trumbull Best Buy for pick up.. when I get to Trumbull they tell me that it was made for pick up at the very store I just left.. there was a whole situation trying to get me the iPad I paid for .. they told em they link thing they can do is cancel my order then I would have to buy another one.. so I would’ve had to cancel that order and and pay another 1000 dollars for an iPad while now air for my refund.. I was not a happy camper .. thankfully the best buy in Trumbull actually got to the bottom of it.. but honestly all of it could’ve been avoided
