    I prefer the older versions. The older ones are much easier to use. I was not up for learning how to use a whole new computer. I thought it would be as easy to use as my iPhone, but it’s not.

    First one was a lemon, replacement is starting to have battery charging problems , tried on two separate chargers . Need to take in to have checked out. Slow for being new, but that could be internet carrier to be fair

    Unfortunately I thought I was purchasing a new iPAD Pro. I received a message from APPLE that my iPAD had been serviced, even though I paid for a new iPAD. I’m not sure how this happened. I returned the iPAD to Best Buy and they replaced it promptly. Total inconvenience. The NEW replacement which had not been serviced works great.

    I had a weird software issue and bestbuy had to pull strings just to let me exchange it. Bestbuy awesome. Apple not so great

    I believe that inwas sent an old use ipad. It didn’t have the screen protector thing and came with mismatched charger

    Great tablet, just don’t drop it. Only had it 3 months, 1 drop and the screen got destroyed and it won’t come on now. They don’t make them like they use to. Very fragile
