    I could not figure out how to set up my account. Apple support could not help me, but set up an in-store appointment for me. When i went to that appointment, i was told that the appointment was not with the right support department and i would have to make another appointment on another day and come back to get the help i needed! I returned the iPad unused.

    The iPad only WORKED for 6weeks and went dead and would not power up!!!
