So the iPad was like new for me to start from the beginning but wouldn't load so all I had to do is factory reset it with iTunes and works great

Overall great the screen looks great its fast the only thing im disappointed in is the battery lasting time , but i do whatch a lot of videos.

I use this as a student therapist and it is a fantastic tool across all settings. Have not had any issues at a with it.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present. According to her, this works better than the old MacBook we bought for her many years ago. (Battery replacement on that MacBook is ridiculous) so far she’s enjoying it. It’s fast and shares the same tech as her IPhone which she prefers.

First IPad Pro, promotion display is extremely snappy and high quality. The M5 chip is honestly overkill, can not find any way to completely put it through its paces. But will have headroom for years. If you are coming from a M1 or earlier Pro this will be a good upgrade.

Honestly it works fast, great, and sometimes too good, with an occasional software glitch, because it’s an iPad not a laptop. I’ve been an Apple fan-boy for quite some time now so I’ve learned to accept it. But, it’s not worth the money. I honestly have owned all three: the MacBook M5, iPad Air M4, and iPad Pro M5. The iPads will never replace the MacBook, but the iPad Air will do everything the iPad Pro can do, for a lot less money. You do lose access to the really cool back-lit Magic Keyboard, but some ppl just go with 3rd party keyboards and do just fine. I’m a little OCD and love continuity so it’s all gotta be Apple or nothing. It’s a great product just not worth the money, especially then the cheaper version is just as good.

Upgraded from earlier model. Great product that does what it says on the tin. Great support from Best Buy in migrating all content from my old iPad.

Upgraded from a 2018 iPad Pro that had started to slow down when doing certain tasks. As expected, everything on the M5 felt snappier, and its thinner and lighter which was icing on the cake. I'm sure there are other features I haven't explored yet, but so far very happy I pulled the trigger!

I love my new iPad! It was time for me to upgrade (since my older iPad battery was increasingly and rapidly losing power) and this model is a HUGE upgrade— much faster processor with the M5 chip, sharp images onscreen, and a durable longer-lasting battery charge. Very helpful, knowledgeable agent at Best Buy who could answer all my questions, too.

Performing perfectly as I’ve come to expect from my Apple products. Purchased online and picked up at my local Best Buy. Great experience overall.

Love it! I traded in my 13 inch iPad and switched to an 11 inch. I was nervous about the difference in writing room but it’s just perfect! I also down graded in size do too have RA and when I’m in a flare the weight difference is very noticeable! She’s light weight and the battery last along time. Which is great because I use it for school! I’m a college student.

Purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas, and she cannot be happier. Already she is doing art projects (along with the Apple Pencil Pro), and learning ways to advance her other wpschool projects. I give this iPad an A+

Old iPad simply croaked & quit with no notice! Been thinking of getting a new one for about a year but kept procrastinating and made this turn into a “got to do it” purchase. This model is fast and easy to use. Getting used to a few shiny new features that we are still on the fence about. Perfect for the retired age group with plenty of options. No regrets Yet!!

Love it. I purchased the M4 but return it for the M5. Hopefully it’s faster than the M4. But I had to buy another Apple pen space . I did not know that my Apple pen that I bought previously would not work with the M5.. I’m just glad that I got a new iPad.

Absolutely love this iPad. My last iPad, also purchased from Best Buy, finally died so I brought it in. Got a good trade-in value from it so I made the change. The newer processors and speed they bring made it worth while. The clarity of the screen is another plus. Overall, love this purchase.
