There needs to be more instructions out of the box. Good screen clarity. It has a M5 chip but what good is it if I don’t know how to tally advantage of it. I used Apple in the past as an educator. It was easy. I have been away for 5 years and find this one horribly difficult.

Got screwed on the Apple Trade Up Event
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The iPad is great. Got screwed on the Apple Trade Up though. Put all my info in about my trade in. Was told not to do anything until I received my new iPad and then would be told how to send my old one in. Waited a couple weeks. Then went into the Best Buy app and in red lettering said that the trade in info never processed. So I was never able to trade in my old iPad. I wouldn’t have bought the new one without being able to trade up.
