    I went in with my 2nd gen iPad because it was not holding a charge. So they took it away for like 5 mins and said it was most likely because the IPad was bent and that the charger was fine, therefore I purchased a new iPad. When I got home I plugged in my old iPad just for fun with the new charger and it charged and it’s working no problem. Therefore I did not need to purchase a new one. So not sure what the geek squad did… nothing apparently. I could’ve saved $700. Only keeping bc my warranty had expired
