This was an upgrade and gift to myself from an older version iPad. I use it every day and have no complaints. I even added the magic keyboard to it and use it like a mini laptop. Excellent purchase.

iPad Pro is good but the 12.9 is really nice, up to you on if it’s worth the extra 300, I returned for the 12.9. 12.9 has a much nicer screen

iPad Pro is all I hoped it would be. The screen is beautiful and it runs like a champ. Quick response time on apps and work done.

As another apple product, it is very well made. Features are almost same as previous model but. newly added air hover feature is very useful if ppl often to use apple pencil. My daughter loves this.

Perfect for the new upgrade. I wanted more memory than the iPad Air so rather than getting 256 g I went to the next step to the pro. Glad I did because it will take advantage of the latest in iPad 16 plus Face ID

Great product Witt battery works as usual. I say this cause wife had bad battery on several Apple battery issues bought from Best Buy in the past. I have never had a tech issue from Best Buy.

This was a gift for my daughter's graduation, she absolutely loves it. She's going away to grad school and she said she will definitely be taking her iPad with her.

This product is top quality. A bit too much for me because i purchased this for college but ill be using this for a long time so it should be good enough for years to come. I wouldn't have opted for this if it werent for black friday deals

Well, I bought 5 of them for my office. What does that tell you? Very nice. You will not be able to use the old cord for your apple device, and nor does it plug into a standard USB block. Probably my only upset. But it's Apple. What can I say

This Is my third iPad Pro.. and I love them still. This was my first WIFI only iPad and I like it. it took a minute to get used to it. I hate the whole business silver color, but other than that, its still my favorite.

Still learning IOS. Wish it was easier to swap between apps like Android. but good screen and pretty solid so far.

Bought it to use Procreate and Vectornator. Works great with Apple Pencil 2. Originally purchased a refurbished iPad Air from BestBuy that turned out to be defective. Exchanged for this iPad Pro that was open box, was totally with the extra $40.

My GF got this ipad to use for work, after she sold her macbook. She seems very happy with it as it is much more convenient and useful to keep her productive and have everything in one device for both work and personal usage!

Overall good size and performer,,, But Tab s8 had better color display in my view... ended up switching to s8

This IPad features the most impressive spec list of any tablet on the market. The modern IPhone like design, modernizes the classic IPad DNA. If you want the best tablet with Apples most powerful chipset, this is the one.

I bought this but then had buyers remorse because of the price. The screen on the 12.9 inch is much better though

This is more of a review of BestBuy's open-box purchase experience rather than a review of the iPad itself, which I'm sure is fine. I purchased the "Open-box Excellent" 11-inch iPad pro. Which under the description says "like new, includes all original parts/accessories, typically contains packaging" - none of which were true. The iPad was packaged in a random box wrapped once with bubble wrap, and that's it. The screen was completely dirty - even a slight wipe with a cloth would have been sufficient. There's adhesive on the back (probably due to this being a display model). There were absolutely no accessories in the box, no charging cord or wall adaptor. I understand that buying something used comes with some imperfections and hiccups, but when it specifically lists things you're supposed to get and none of them are delivered, it's pretty upsetting. I'll go back to paying a little more to buy used products directly from apple.
