Did not know I needed an IPad until I got an iPad. The resolution is amazing. It’s like having a computer with the capabilities, especially since I bought the case with a built in keyboard. I use it for drawing a lot.

This is more of a review of BestBuy's open-box purchase experience rather than a review of the iPad itself, which I'm sure is fine. I purchased the "Open-box Excellent" 11-inch iPad pro. Which under the description says "like new, includes all original parts/accessories, typically contains packaging" - none of which were true. The iPad was packaged in a random box wrapped once with bubble wrap, and that's it. The screen was completely dirty - even a slight wipe with a cloth would have been sufficient. There's adhesive on the back (probably due to this being a display model). There were absolutely no accessories in the box, no charging cord or wall adaptor. I understand that buying something used comes with some imperfections and hiccups, but when it specifically lists things you're supposed to get and none of them are delivered, it's pretty upsetting. I'll go back to paying a little more to buy used products directly from apple.

Excellent machine but good only for watching videos and showing off !! Too much shackled OS it's like jailed.

This was a gift from my daughter. Ever since I’ve gotten it, she now complains that I don’t watch television anymore…And why would I?! This has everything I need to keep in touch with family, the world, and my Kdramas

Bought this iPad to replace my husband’s aging iPad 3rd generation! He hated it not having buttons! Gave him my iPad Pro (with a home button) and I got to keep this one!! Lucky girl!! LOL Love it!! Use it as my primary “computer”!

Was hoping for a more substantial iPad os update but the hardware is fantastic. Great for getting away from my desk for a bit and still being productive, even better for wasting time on Reddit with a Picture in Picture video in the corner.

Cannot go wrong with an Apple product and the iPad recently purchased does not disappoint. I downsized from the 12.9 inch screen for ease of handling and taking the iPad with me when I travel.

Love our new tablet! Moving from a mini. We are TotalTech members and got a great deal on this tablet. We looked at all the Apple products and felt this was the best choice and greatest value.

I received this for Christmas from my daughter she wanted me to upgrade the apple iPad that I had for about 5 years. Little time getting used too because I love the last one but it is a good iPad

I phuck’n love this thing! Lol love the fact that there’s no home button like the older models. Clarity and touch response from the screen is flawless. Use it for the basics web surfing, emails , reading. Love it!

Best ipad yet. As powerful as a computer and a perfect crossover with magic keyboard case. More useful than an Air as it can be both a tablet and a laptop/like for about the same price with keyboard case (minus storage/OS differences)

Good camera .Easy to access . But the shipment of the product is 2 weeks late than the expected arrival date.

its taken some time to learn the new ipad. its a very nice upgrade from my old air. the geek squad was a very big help with the set up. my age is showing.

I’m senior citizen and the associates who helped me were very courteous and helpful. I’m enjoying my iPad knowing that if in need, I can go to Best But with confidence and receive all the help I need.

Love the new tablet, still learning all the features. The rep was supposed to transfer all my old iPad information but he didn’t so that has been a big disappointment. I’m still trying to recover everything, not sure I can.

My eldest is graduating this year, and will be going to graphic design school. She had asked for one for Christmas and when I saw it go on sale, I found it to be the perfect time to get her an extra early Christmas gift!

I purchased the iPad as a gift for my granddaughter. She reports it works great as advertised and as a perfect compliment to her laptop to facilitate her college work and entertainment needs.

I love my Apple iPad Pro! I've been buying iPads for years and I trust they are great products. Always. Returning Apple products are easy returns with no restocking fee.

This is an awesome companion device to go with a phone or laptop. I use it for school notes and work meetings and it’s a game changer. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about it plus the increased refresh rate is awesome
