Purchased this as an alternative to carrying a laptop while traveling.

Too heavy when used to the air pro. Need something slightly lighter.

My iPhone X is more clear than the iPad when I am looking at pictures.

Honestly I'm not that impressed by this device, its touted as a laptop replacement but iOS is as restrictive and laggy as ever. Its well made and has very respectable internals but I wish I could run Mac OS on it. Ultimately I'll either try to jailbreak it or give it away.

Features on this iPad Pro is complicated. Battery life horrible.

This is ridiculous. My husband and I have been extremely frustrated with going back-and-forth over 10 times to the store. Yesterday we bought another iPad so that way he could enjoy his birthday gift they were kind enough to put on the keyboard case cover and accidentally forgot to put the charger and cord back in the box. I’ve tried writing I’ve tried emailing I’ve tried everything short of sending smoke signals to these people. I am getting really tired of dealing with people who do not actually read messages and just say oh I can’t help all I want is my charger and cord mailed to me should not be that dam hard

I have had 2 replacements for my iPad because my Bluetooth chip in each one has been faulty and will not allow me to connect to anything ranging from my AirPods to my Apple Pencil or my keyboard. I draw for a living and using the iPad Pro as a sketchbook is a tool. My new replacement is now doing the same thing and it’s only been a month and a half since receiving it and Best Buy and apple has already told me it’s not the devices or software causing the issue. Reddit forums and apple forums have already discussed similar issues.

It did not get left on my front door and got left by the street I’m very disappointed on how that happened it could’ve been stolen. Last time I ordered from here it got delivered at my front door.

I have the iPad Pro 11" which did not lasting battery. That was because does not have M1 chipset. It was just before M1 Chipset released.

I have the original iPad Pro 11 inch. Absolutely no difference in performance except batter life is worse.

The iPad has been invaluable to furthering my education. The ability to take notes on the fly, write out formulas, watch videos and even game from time to time has made this device my #1 go to before any other device in my household.

It's OK. Not much different from the older one. It is not really worth all that money.

The system keeps crashing or an app will freeze so i have to force close the app.

The tablet has a light that even with the blue light filter hurt my eyes and head.

Really good tablet. Very snappy. Camara works really good. Way better than my 2018 iPad Pro camera. Love the size. easy to move around.

I will never buy an open box Geek Squad Certified device again. Saved $30 and now my daughter can’t sign into any of her apps without it signing into the profile of a grown man that previously owned this tablet. Constant errors. Someone from the squad wasn’t doing their job.

well we did our review already!!!!... no points please keep them . Best Buy sales person sold us something that AT&T said it was a Dead IPAD!!!!.... Only good for the House... but that's ok we went back to AT&T and got a better one with 1TB. and is so Awesome !!!!... sorry best buys..

iPad would not cut on. Best Buy would not address issue. Apple discovered it had an iTunes number. In process of getting that removed. Looks like Best Buy sold me a demo as new.

As someone who's gone through many iPads, this was bybfar the best one. So much so im literally about to buy another on. Typically if i had an iPad break on me (my fault) i always upgraded to the newest model. But this one worked so well, i see no need to.

So I want to write a review in Best Buy store but rather than write in the iPad Pro in best buy stores on such a small screen I want to write this review on a Mac (laptop or desktop) computer. Is there way to do this or am I out of luck. From the small amount of searching it would there's no way of doing this, unless I purchase a compatible keyboard for my iPad Pro 3rd generation Anyways I realize this question maybe a complete waste of time, but I just thought it was worth asking anyways.
