    Bought this at a great price. My last one was 3 years old & the screen was peeling off the case, hopefully the same thing does not happen with this one, but 1 year 3 months later all is good. I bought a case protector for this one

    Bought the iPad Pro about three weeks ago and cannot set up the facial recognition feature. Called Apple and they said it sounded like a camera issue. They ran a diagnostic test over the phone and everything checked out ok. Said I could bring it in or take it back where I bought it. I bought it at Best Buy and stopped there this evening. They said they could only send it back and would take a couple weeks but that if I took it to an Apple store, nearest one being over an hour from where I live they would probably just replace it there. I would have thought that Best Buy would have done the same thing because it was new. Because I didn’t buy their extended warranty, it became an Apple issue.
