    I have owned every version of IPad sine the first one. This is my least favorite for one reason. It functions great unless you put a screen protector on it. As soon as you do the facial recognition seldom works. The screen is only responsive some of the time. And if the unit is laying flat it usually isn’t responsive at all. Several people have this issue and Apple is ignoring them. Just look it up online. I know the solution is just take off the protector, but this has never been an issue until this particular model. There is a reason Apple does not sell a protector in the store
