Was told there is an app for quicken. It really is not user friendly. Also told that Microsoft had apps. They are not user friendly either. Not much use except Facebook and games.

Not worth the price it’s powerful but limited ended up getting the 2018 MacBook Air instead and keeping my 2018 iPad 9.7inch

Love the picture quality, but like the phones 1 charging socket is ridiculous. You cannot charge your phone if you want to keep head phones plugged in

I did trade in my 9.7 pro for this one and it seems to me that battery time on this one is shorter and also it looks heavier. But I love the face id....

Can not import files through the charge plug with a memory stick

At 5 months after purchasing the thing it started not charging. It was lightly used during those 5 months. The whole process to get it replace was a pain only to end up getting a refurbished product to replace it. The apple rep said they’d contact me before making a decision on what to do which did not happen.

The same as all Apple products, accessories are extra and costly. Didn't find it cost-effective

I bought this iPad Pro 11 and had to return it and get a different one with more memory

After buying this iPad I was in love with it. I even sold my laptop. I didn’t buy insurance (Applecare) because It wasn’t leaving my house and I had a folio smart keyboard “case” on it. A few months ago I started playing Call Of Duty Mobile on it. The game is addictive and I played it a lot. This iPad was never dropped but right on the screen where my “Fire” button is located when playing call of duty, there are hairline cracks forming from my thumb tapping that spot on the screen. The cracks are getting worse and now spreading across the entire screen. Because the iPad is over a year old Apple wants to charge me $500 to fix the screen, That’s ridiculous. I’m learning the hard way that Apple does not care about it’s customers.

The iPad is amazing and my sister loved it. However, you no longer get Best Buy Reward points for any apple product. I have been a Best Buy Elite member for the past two years and will be a again next year but this is most likely my last year since I won’t be giving Best Buy my business any longer. I loved the rewards program but spending close to $1,000 and not getting points is a huge let down. I will be doing all my apple purchases at target from now on since I get 5% off with my Target Card.

Discovered a nickel sized area of the screen that would make an audible clicking sound when lightly pressed. Didn’t affect functionality but worried about long term effects. Returned it for the Air. This shouldn’t be an issued on an almost $1k device.

I do not like this product at all. I had an older IPad which I liked much better. I find this one much more difficult to use. Also when I installed the latest update, I lost the ability to print from my IPad.

Very capable device. All day battery life. Very fast. Quality is exceptional. Have owned for 5 years and still going strong.

I haven't placed an order, it's probably Best Buy insider job to register an order in my name to strange address and get it shipped somewhere over 7 hours drive away from my current address - Apple needs to thank to Best Buy for dishonest staff - will never recommend anyone to use Best Buy to obtain anything from them due to security issues

OK so I've spent awhile with this product and it's fast. No, like blazingly fast. It has the power of most new modern high end laptops. It's thin, compact, easy to carry, and beautiful. This is clearly a almost perfect product, Almost. There is one big limiting factor of this device. For this price the software is extremely limiting. You can find work arounds for most things. But the price of this device and name warrants a pro like software experience,that u just do not get here. For less u can get similar performance and do much much more with many many many different products. If Apple gave the iPad pros a Mac OS a Mac OS "lite" version so u could do simple things like use a USB drive for file transfer from video cameras this would go a long way and make this device the only device u would need. Just add a simple file manager so this would be possible and it would be amazing! So all in all with enough work arounds yea u can do alot but for the price and software it comes with your better off getting a MacBook or Macbook Pro hands down if professional tasks and work are your goal. If not and u just use tablets for media consumption and u have to go with Apple, get a cheaper ipad non pro modle. I'm happy using the work arounds to edit videos and what not. But I'm secretly hoping apple reads this and updates the ios heavily! At least for the pro versions.. As it stands the iPad pro does not live up to the pro name due to software limitations.

Beware if you’re a rewards member...I found out they don’t give rewards points on apple products. That was a nice little surprise as I had planned on using the points to make a few other holiday purchases. They’ve lost my business as a result...hello Amazon, bye Best Buy.

Never ordered it and when I tried to cancel it within an hour you couldn’t, but you a-holes cancelled my order that I placed 5 day before that and then never gave me the sale price when I wanted to reorder it. I’m done with you guys.

I bought this then returned it for the 512gb iPad Pro and then I returned the iPad Pro all together cause apple products tbh are mediocre. Don't buy into the hype. Rise above the "status quo" be better Morty.
