Horrible product! I’ve had my iPad 12.9 for many years and have never had a problem with it. I’ve only had this one for only a few months and it already is totally unusable. There is no way I can unlock it because the keyboard won’t come up. Therefore I can not type in my pass word. I am extremely disappointed.

BEWARE SCREEN CRACK! As much as I love this new M1 tablet, I will give it 1 Star for the screen. I replaced my iPad Air 4 to get this new beauty but after 32 DAYS the screen has a fine-line crack from top left corner to midway down to the right edge. I have 2 expensive cases AND the Magic keyboard to protect my investment but somehow this crack happened which I think is just impossible to have happened. I am very meticulous and very careful with all my possessions and have owned nearly 10+ tables in the past and this is the FIRST EVER crack I've ever experienced. Honestly thinking the material composition of the new iPad Pro's screen is absolute minimum resulting in the crack because there is no way this could have happened under my care, unless it was from a heat issue where the tablet gets pretty hot and affected the ultra thin screen. I am so sad and mad and still contemplating whether to use the AppleCare insurance I purchased along with this. Anyone else experience a fine-line crack under no fault of there own??? My new iPad Pro is sufficiently protected however the screen now is mysteriously cracked. Best Buy can you rectify this???

This is ridiculous. My husband and I have been extremely frustrated with going back-and-forth over 10 times to the store. Yesterday we bought another iPad so that way he could enjoy his birthday gift they were kind enough to put on the keyboard case cover and accidentally forgot to put the charger and cord back in the box. I’ve tried writing I’ve tried emailing I’ve tried everything short of sending smoke signals to these people. I am getting really tired of dealing with people who do not actually read messages and just say oh I can’t help all I want is my charger and cord mailed to me should not be that dam hard

I have had 2 replacements for my iPad because my Bluetooth chip in each one has been faulty and will not allow me to connect to anything ranging from my AirPods to my Apple Pencil or my keyboard. I draw for a living and using the iPad Pro as a sketchbook is a tool. My new replacement is now doing the same thing and it’s only been a month and a half since receiving it and Best Buy and apple has already told me it’s not the devices or software causing the issue. Reddit forums and apple forums have already discussed similar issues.

I will never buy an open box Geek Squad Certified device again. Saved $30 and now my daughter can’t sign into any of her apps without it signing into the profile of a grown man that previously owned this tablet. Constant errors. Someone from the squad wasn’t doing their job.

well we did our review already!!!!... no points please keep them . Best Buy sales person sold us something that AT&T said it was a Dead IPAD!!!!.... Only good for the House... but that's ok we went back to AT&T and got a better one with 1TB. and is so Awesome !!!!... sorry best buys..

iPad would not cut on. Best Buy would not address issue. Apple discovered it had an iTunes number. In process of getting that removed. Looks like Best Buy sold me a demo as new.

Worked great for few days then got software update. Now ipad started giving issues like loud white noise when using FaceTime. Had to return.

This is my second Ipad Pro and this one is worse than the last . The charger is hard to but into the connection and it doesn't hold or charge and it slow charging.

This ipad is not cellular. Asked for a match to the ipad I brought in. No mention of cellular or not. Will be returning.
