The person showed me the wrong cover with keypad to purchase and now I have to return it. It’s too small. The iPad won’t let me load some of my old apps yet. Average.
Have to remember to shut off. I purchased on 5/14/21, but it was delivered on 5/26/21.

The item was garbage. Wouldn't turn on straight out of the box. Tried returning it and was told they couldn't because it was linked to an account. Impossible since it wouldn't even turn on. I went to an Apple store to find out it was linked to an account from out of the country. I then went back to best buy to try return it, and they said they've had this same problem before. But still said they wouldn't let me return it because it was locked to an account. So I went back to Apple and thankfully they were helpful and were able to deactivate the account. I was then able to return the item and then go back to the Apple store and buy a real(new) ipad pro. I'm officially done with best buys. I can't trust a company that knowingly sells repackaged items as new. It made for an extremely aggravating experience trying to buy the aforementioned ipad pro as an early Christmas present for my daughter, which she wanted for school. Not that it will affect your bottom line, but you've officially lost me as a customer.

Went to the the store to make a purchase on a iPad, and was told to pick it up next Friday. Arrived at the store the following Friday, the employees just told me I’ll receive a email about it . Okay, So I sat around for hours waiting for a email and nothing came in. Wasted my time, now I have to leave empty handed. I hope your services offers a refund or some sort of compensation, because there’s nothing to review about when I don’t even have the I-pad.

20w Charger not original nor in working order

Bought this item open box online .The ipad was in prestine condition which is what I expected from the excellent condition labeling .I had no probelm setting it up and all was good until I had to charge it.The description lists all parts/accessories as original and in working order.This was not true in my case .When I went to charge it The screen recognized the charger by making the connection sound and began to charge .After about a minute it made the sound again and continue to make the noise over and over again.I went online to troubleshoot but nothing worked .I tested out a Usb-c cord I had from another device laying around and a 12 w apple wall charger box and it worked just fine charging as it should have.The next day I was able to get a geek squad appointment and the guys there were pretty nice and confirmed the charger was the issue and they recommended I buy a new one .I informed them that the ipad was one day old in my hands and the parts where labeled as in working order I asked them if they can replace it and they said they could not.My only options were to go to apple or return it since it was within the return window.At this point I am not a happy camper because the run around began as they send me to apple to replace the charger.Apple says we can’t look at your ipad without an appointment which was a few days away.When I made the appointment they noticed the charger box is a knockoff with no apple markings now I am even more frustrated because its what came in the box ,apple will not replace it and neither will Best buy .I could spring for charger but I just spent a lot for an ipad and everything should have been original and working.At this point with each company was blaming the other and no one would replace it I decided what I paid wasn’t worth it if I had to go through all the back and forth after just having purchased it.I lost money since I purchased and installed a tempered glass screen protector on the screen and camera.My advice to best buy would be inspect your products and make sure your parts are original as stated.You could have provided great customer service by just replacing the charger .That would have been the right thing to do especially after one day of actual use.
