Great product, better condition than described, excellent service. I had to call to ask some questions customer service was clear and precise and was ready to collect in store. IPAD is great, just what I needed at a fraction of the price elsewhere. No faults. Easy to deal with, as described, way to go Best Buy!

I looked at multiple iPads & spoke with my FIL whom has worked with apple products. For what I needed this for it works wonders. I use it for my Cricut, & other random things when my phone is dead or nearly dead. It runs faster than my phone as I have the XR.

Love my tablet. The only problem is when I hold it. It’s I’m offbeat andscrowling. There’s no place safe to put my hands that won’t make it go back up to the beginning. The right side needs to come with a hand he’d device

Purchased the Apple iPad pro as a graduation gift for our granddaughter who will attend college this fall. She is delighted with it and thinks it will enhance her college experience. We also got her an Apple computer for her birthday and the two devices will work together.

Good functionality and clarity, Wright and dimensions make it very portable while still functional.

I'm enjoying my iPad so far! I have a Mac laptop and I got tired of traveling with it all the time! Glad I got this as a substitute and still able to complete all my tasks.

I bought an open box iPad in store, marked geek squad certified and in satisfactory condition - residue. Ask question about adding Apple Care+. Sales person attempted to upsell to 199 extra service coverage. I declined but wanted AppleCare and he said, you can buy AppleCare via Apple, so I believed him. WRONG. Tried to add it via Apple online, ineligible… Apple said, no because it’s used open box. Called Best Buy, rep says come in should have been able to add at store… drove back to store. 3 Sales staff untrained + sales associate did not inform me AppleCare was not available… So buyer beware no AppleCare if device is open box and not tagged excellent. Now is IPad awesome, yes. Did I get a great price, yes. Are there visible issues, no. Did I clean screen and fingerprint residue appears gone, yes. Customer service offered to sell me a new one and could not find excellent open box and then I could buy AppleCare. No thanks. So much for Elite Service.

Love this more space to handle what I need it to. Traded the 256gb and purchased this and this was a open box and it was cheaper and its in excellent condition now scratches dents and I’m happy

Ipad was at a great price for Black Friday. The associates at the store were very knowledgeable about the product and explained the differences between the models. My daughter loves her new Ipad.

Love this ipad. Its my 6th or 7th over the years. Bought it for my 7 year old with apple pencil, because she loves to draw. Pricey, but she is happy. :)

iPad functions wonderfully and was exactly what I wanted! Huge update from my iPad that is 5 years old. Great display, accessibility and functionality.

This my second iPad Pro. I had to hand down the current one to my son that is going to college. You cannot go wrong with this device, especially if you already in the Apple ecosystem.

This is a Christmas present for my husband. I have an I-pad that he uses and he can order online from it but then I see what he has bought for me so he needs his own.

More than meets expectations and gives me mobile freedom that is professional in every way. Apple products are worth the extra money, I have used them since 1990.

High quality graphics and refresh speed. OS is easy to maneuver through. A little heavier than we expected but so far we are happy with it.
