Despite having a case and a screen protector on, the screen shattered in my backpack despite no falls or rough use. Was an amazing device while it worked, but this has proven the most fragile apple product I have owned.

Screen / display was disappointing and does not go well with brand and price of this iPad... ...overall product is nice May be certain iPad pros have defective screen...Had struggle with Best Buy to return and exchange this

Camera is good if you don’t use it with back camera. On Portrait mode there is no option to flip the camera to back. I am not happy with this option.

Thumbs up to bestbuy for giving me a refund for this product. This iPad is a huge flop. There's no way I would recommend this to anyone. The built quality of this product is hilarious. Every time I use it felt like I was going to break it. Most of the apps are in a weird resolution as almost all of em have not been updated to work with the new resolution. This could never replace a computer matter of fact my phone could do th same stuff with a small screen better than the iPad. If anyone's looking for a tablet that could replace a PC just buy a surface pro.

too complicated to learn and use features. not enough paper instructions so makes it difficult for older folks to get benefits. should have waited.

So... I like this iPad. And it’s same features almost as iPhone XR. BUT it only charges and yncs with USB-C not lightning... my MacBook doesn’t have a usb-c port... apple doesn’t sell an adapter either! I should’ve just got the previous generations that use lightning cables. I have a ton of those.

Needed fast response. Software necessitated choice.

So the customer service was alright. Not the best. Than when I got home and opened the box the iPad had and still has the scratch on the side of it. I jsut never got the chance to go back and return it. So I kinda want to return it now

I spent almost 1000 dollars, screen cracked in a very protective case. To get the screen replaced for such a new model is almost 500 dollars even locally. Go with an older model. No warranties cover dropping a device.

Perfect size, very powerful tamper, good for everyday simple use.

First 2 weeks of the purchase seems to be fine, although I didn't use it that much. After that, it got faulty and sometimes it won't charge, which disappear after restart but then happens again once in a while.

One year and 5 days after I purchased this it stopped charging/turning on. Can't get a replacement because it's after the warranty date. Most expensive brick I've ever owned.

I have to return it plugged it in for over an hour to charge it right out of the box and nothing comes on no power no light no sign of any life.

piece of junk, paid lot of money. completely dead. no charging, apple/best buy asking 500 for fix. very disappointed

This ipad is a great investment, i stopped using my laptop since i have it, and the apple pen is great companion for making notes! Its a few years old and is running like new!

Still works wonderfully after 5+ years. Don’t buy new one, save money and pick this up. 120hz great screen good battery life

I have been an iPad user for a long time, and I loooove this new edition. The Face ID works so well and the screen is huge and beautiful even on the smaller 11-inch that I got. Each iPad generation just seems to get faster and better. I’m an Apple superfan!
