Great alternative to my laptop

Love how lightweight it is but still has so much capabilities behind it. It's a perfect replacement for a laptop if you're not a heavy user of programs.

Great companion device

With the iPadOS coming out soon, this is now the cheapest option to get into Apple's walled garden. It works really well, and you can connect a usb c hub to it to add in a monitor and get bluetooth keyboard and mouse support (new iPadOS feature). Essentially acts as a watered-down MacBook. Allows me to get most of my daily computing needs done.

Some folks are using the pros to try and replace laptops so I can’t speak on that portion of it. However, I do use excel and word and do some minimal photo editing on my pro. I’ve had an awesome experience with this device so far. Currently using it for this review, travel entertainment and minimal project tasks.
