I was looking forward to using my new LTE enabled iPad. Installed my screen protector with the iPad off so I could see smudges, powered on and the right side of the screen had flashing digitized lines. Took the iPad to the local Best Buy where I received excellent customer Service but was unable to get a replacement unit. Very disappointed as this purchase was made during the tax free holiday so there is no way to make a similar purchase and realize the same savings. In no way is my review representative of the quality of the product. My review is a reflection of the poor quality control on my IPad Pro identified as excellent condition open-box. The unit was damaged and did not include the charger. Best Buy’s description of an excellent condition open items states the item is free of damage, includes all original equipment etc. my iPad did not check any of those boxes.

This thing crashes more than any device I have ever owned. I bought it for the digital art program procreate and have lost several hours worth of work because it froze up and was unable to retrieve the project I was working on. Video streaming is nearly impossible. Would NOT recommend to a friend.

After returning the first one tge second one wirked perfectly.

Purchased 5 of these on sale, along with AppleCare+. The iPads were all delivered next day, which is great. Waited a month later now and still no AppleCare+. It still shows AppleCare+ in a processing state. Called Best Buy support and was transferred to 4 different departments, only to end up talking to actual Apple Support in the end. What a way to waste over an hour of time to go through Apple, one device at a time, to add the coverage that Best Buy should have provided.

Charging port failed after two weeks of use. Attempted different cords and chargers with any change. Had it tested at Best Buy and it was determined the charging port was bad. Required a replacement. The replacement has been working fine to date. Prior to the port failure, the iPad was easy to use and set up. The review is based upon the original iPad, while recommending the iPad in general, it was disappointing to deal with the issue.

purchase and ipad pro with extended warranty in december. unit does not work and best buy will not even look at it. they charged me for the warranty and refuse to honor it.

This 11 inch iPad pro looks good and is just the right size for me. I have a small business and Apple products have exceeded my expectations on clarity and speed. The camera is excellent and the zoom is clear.

Better than expected. Device does everything a normal iPad does and then more. Easy Recommendation from me
