Best Buy post purchase support

When I made an appointment with Best Buy to help with the conversion, the "help" was worthless, and I went to Apple to get the conversion completed.

Disappointing

The deal was great with the trade in program. My issue is with the new IPad Pro itself. The idiot engineers at Apple, think we needed a thinner IPad than what I purchased 3 years ago. So, to slim it by a mm or so, they removed the wide angle lens. I need the wide angle lens for my job, the reason I purchased a newer one. So, for that reason, the loss of the wide angle lens, I say this thing stinks. Extremely disappointing. I went back to Best Buy and all the Pro's are comparable with lenses. Engineers trying to keep their jobs, thinking this is better for us., They don't have a clue. Book smart, street stupid.
