I understand that Best Buy replaces the original Apple plastic wrapping with their own one for the box. However, the iPad’s screen protector had clearly been opened, and there were five large fingerprints left on the screen. This indicates that the device was handled after being unsealed. If that is part of Best Buy’s process, it should not be sold as “new,” since it has already been opened and touched. I would rather purchase a truly new device directly from the Apple official store.

I’m very happy with this iPad purchase from Best Buy. The in-store pickup process was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful and efficient. Setup was straightforward, and the iPad has been performing smoothly since day one. The screen is bright and sharp, making it great for streaming, browsing, reading, and note-taking. Battery life has been excellent and easily lasts a full day of regular use. The design is sleek and lightweight, which makes it comfortable to use and easy to carry around. Overall, this iPad offers great performance and value, and the in-store pickup experience at Best Buy made the purchase even better. I would definitely recommend both the device and buying it from Best Buy.

Got the open box but faulty one. Froze multiple time while configuring and working. Returned it.

The tablet is great but the battery on this product runs down very quickly. I am to return to Best Buy to have it checked out but traveled with it.

This new M5 chip is unbelievable i couldnt beleive it when i found out it processes games faster than an Xbox One S, with a better frame rate as well. Amazing, fast, reliable good battery life. Only dow side is its fragile, i wouldnt drop it before getting a case.

Best product, battery last a while before i have to charge it again. Apple is always the best!
