    Really like Apple products....as an artist doing predominantly digital art, the screen was too small for me, so I did end up getting another product.

    Bought this Ipad as an Geek Squad certified opened box item for a friend. Previous user did not factory reset and erase the password. Geek Squad clearly did not check careful enough. It was a gift. By the time I discovered it, it was already over the 1 month Best Buy return period. They would not do anything about it. Luckily Apple covered it and replaced it with a brand new one.

    this ipad is ok, The surface pro is a little more but 3 times the performance. would be better if cheaper
